Borrowers
Mayombe Finance Fund targets two types of borrowers in Africa:
Public Sector
At Mayombe Finance we support the public sector, organizing the financing of all the projects it may have. We work side by side with Governments, their Ministries and subsidiaries. This allows us to create value for the national economy and generate opportunities for the general population.
Private Sector
Mayombe Finance collaborates with local companies in the sectors of trading, imports, and exports. This grants these local companies access to financing solutions that allow them to trade freely with the rest of the world. This enables them to grow and create value for themselves, Mayombe Finance, and the economy.
Agricultural Investment
Moving from an oil-based economy to a diversified, stable and resilient economy is our Hope. We believe that a diversified economy will increase the economic opportunities of Angola's people, with investment in agriculture lifting many Angolans out of livelihood. At the same time, local production of goods and services will ease the economic burden on Angolans by removing the high costs of transporting imported goods.
Trade Finance
At Mayombe Finance we believe that through Trade Financing it is possible to bridge the financing gaps in the Public and Private sectors and increase economic growth. By understanding the challenges of African businesses, and using production as collateral, the risk profile in Africa can be significantly mitigated, creating more opportunities for people.

We are a Trade finance fund but we can provide different funding methodologies in order to finance the dynamics and needs of our clients. These alternative methodologies will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis to create the financing strategy that best suits each Client.
